If you are confused about which category you fall under, contact your VA representative. If you don't have a great VA loan representative, please contact me and I will refer you to one. Interest rates continue to hover around 4%. This is a 60 year low. There are some great VA homes to choose from in the San Diego area. Home prices are more affordable than ever before. Many clients I'm helping are paying the same or less to own their own home than their current BAH and rent payments! Contact me to find out which homes are selling under VA terms and I'll be happy to help you find the home of your dreams.
